Alpha End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Confianza Services, LLC dba STrOp App (“we,” “us,” “our”) and you (“you,” “your”), the individual or entity accessing the STrOp application (“Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What STrOp Is

STrOp is a web-based business operations platform currently in Alpha. Alpha means the Service is under active development — features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

2. Alpha Program

What you get: Free access to the Service during the Alpha period. There is no charge.

What we ask: Your honest feedback, bug reports, and patience. Alpha software is not finished software.

When it ends: We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the Alpha period ends. At that point, the Service may transition to a paid model, and this Agreement will be replaced by updated terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. What You Can Do

• Use the Service for your legitimate business operations.
• Provide feedback, suggestions, and bug reports.

5. What You Cannot Do

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Your Data

You own your data. Content you create or upload to STrOp remains yours.

What we can do with it: We store and process your data solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

Alpha reality: While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, the Service is in Alpha. We strongly recommend you maintain your own backups. Data loss, while unlikely, is possible.

If you leave: You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting us at support@stropapp.com. We will fulfill requests within 30 days.

7. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You are not required to provide feedback.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Confianza Services, LLC. This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during the Alpha period. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

9. Availability and Changes

No uptime guarantee. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We will try to give advance notice for planned downtime, but cannot guarantee it during Alpha.

We may change things. Features, interfaces, and functionality may change at any time. We may also modify this Agreement — if we do, we will notify you via email or in-app notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You can leave anytime by discontinuing use and requesting account deletion.

We can revoke access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If we terminate your access, we will make your data available for export for 30 days unless prohibited by law.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. This is Alpha software — expect rough edges.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confianza Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to this Agreement shall not exceed $100 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Confianza Services, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Confianza Services, LLC regarding the Service and supersedes any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
